Legacy testnet automation and public receipts are live. V3 adds named spending accounts and merchant/category/time budgets, but its factories still require wallet-signed deployment. Mainnet autonomy remains disabled until the pinned V3 factory, non-exportable signer, dual RPC, durable scheduler, fee ceilings, and monitoring gates all verify. RuleWallet is not independently audited or affiliated with Robinhood.
